Certain boost orders take slightly longer to process and for the boosts to be delivered. Usually the boosts are delivered within minutes, but because of the volume of orders, it may take a few hours - up to 12 hrs at the most. Regardless, they will arrive. If after 12hrs you can't see them then open a ticket and support will give replacements.

If it's still within the 7 day period, then open a ticket and send proof that your account you purchased isn't working. Support will help and provide a replacement.

We will always offer help, support, discounts and replacements assuming the issue is taken up within the given the warranty period. In general however, we don't offer full refunds and we have the final say on whether a refund is given. You should operate on the assumption that all sales are final and we have the final say. For all accounts you purchase there is a 7 day warranty period. However for the Nitro and Server boosts, we recommend you purchase the warranty addon for 100% assurance and safety.
